Community ticket ballot confirmed for Lancashire Thunder fixture
Limited number of FREE tickets for 19 May
Lancashire Cricket will run a free community ticket ballot for Lancashire Thunder’s Charlotte Edwards Cup fixture against Northern Diamonds at Emirates Old Trafford on Sunday 19 May (1pm start).
100 free tickets will be available for a limited time with the ballot closing at midnight on Monday 6 May.
For those that might not have experienced coming to a T20 game before, it is a short, fast-faced format. Experience big sixes, an unrivalled experienced and our renowned fan village including live entertainment, FREE family activities, food and drinks stalls…and festival street performers. It doesn't matter if you’re a family, group of mates, or attending alone there's something for everyone!
This initiative highlights Lancashire’s commitment to growing the game across the North West and making cricket more accessible to women and girls as part of the Red Rose Together initiative. It also follows last week’s announcement, alongside commercial partner Hilton, of the game-changing funding that has been pledged to Lancashire Thunder to support the ongoing development of professional women’s cricket.
